The Hidden Life is the name of a movie which has recently come out on film. It follows a reoccurring theme that has woven itself through the fabric of this year. The theme shows itself not only in the movie, but in the events of this pandemic, two good books, a few epiphanies, and the start of a crusade.

Each of us have a life within us, a life where man can walk with God, as in the garden of old. That hidden life, as we will find out at some point in our life, is the only thing that really matters here on this earth, yet it impacts so much of the world around us.

The reoccurring theme I’ve seen is something that is seen in the hidden lives of our souls.

I hope to share more on this theme, and all that has been woven into it, but for now I thought I’d share with you just this visual aspect of it.

These pictures I hope illustrate the beauty and simplicity of the souls within our community who have followed an inspiration to give God and His Queen the gift of time and patient supplication at our city park in the evening at 7pm.
“For the growing good of the world is partly dependent on unhistoric acts; and things are not so ill with you and me as they might have been, is half owing to the number who lived faithfully a hidden life, and rest in unvisited tombs.”
~George Eliot, Middlemarch
